Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Receive incoming customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Accurately input and process orders into our restaurant’s system.
- Verify order details, including items, quantities, and special requests.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order preparation and delivery.
- Communicate any special instructions or requests from customers to the appropriate teams.
- Menu Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the restaurant’s menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Stay informed about menu updates and seasonal offerings.
- Accuracy and Efficiency:
- Work efficiently to process orders quickly and accurately.
- Double-check orders to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Tracking:
- Keep track of order statuses and delivery times.
- Notify customers of any delays and provide estimated delivery times.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
